I've been dreading this post for a while, but I finally evaluated my finances since my time here is almost up. I'm pretty heavily in the red but I should make it home no problem (I need to buy my plane ticket asap). If I can give anyone reading this some advice, please for the love of all things that are holy, MIND YOUR FINANCES. My god, I though because I had such a high amount of capital that there was no way that I could spend it all by the time I got home, but oh boy was I wrong. I'm looking at all the stuff I have to ship back as well, and this could easily go in like 6 boxes. I'll have to contact someone soon about shipping my stuff home, but hopefully my RA can help me use a cheapish service to get it done. My other tip for people reading this, when you're going broke please go to the 100 yen lawsons in your area if you have them. They have saved me the last couple of weeks. The quality of food is much higher than that of some of the places back home so don't be afraid.
